Southfield native GRiZ decided to throw down last night for what he dubbed GRiZmas In July, which was held at Bookie’s Bar & Grill in Downtown Detroit. It was a guerrilla announcement that came in the afternoon, which sent people flocking for $10 a pop to get in to see the future-funk-esque DJ. 

The line was all the way around the block by 6PM and the show didn’t start till 9:30PM, so people waited in line as a first come first serve basis. Congratulations to the guys that were first in line, by the way.
